Hans Groop

Hans Groop (1934–2018) was a prominent Finnish naval architect and yacht designer known for his innovative, practical, and high-quality sailboat designs that balanced performance, safety, and comfort. Active from the 1960s through the 1990s, he became one of Finland’s most respected figures in recreational boating, with his boats still highly regarded on the used market today.
