Endeavour Catamaran Corp.
Endeavour Catamaran Corp. (also known as Endeavour Catamarans) is a U.S.-based yacht builder specializing in custom luxury sailing and power catamarans, founded in 1990 by Bob Vincent in Clearwater, Florida. Emerging from the ashes of the original Endeavour Yacht Corporation (a monohull sailboat maker that went bankrupt in 1988), Vincent pivoted the company toward multihulls in 1992, licensing designs like the Intercat 1500 (rebranded as the Endeavourcat 30). The firm quickly expanded by building for brands like Manta (e.g., Manta 38/42), Victory, and Conser, producing both sailing cats for coastal cruising and pioneering U.S. power catamarans in 1995. Over 100 units were built before Vincent's passing in 2019, with the company now under new ownership continuing semi-custom production. Known for blending performance, fuel efficiency, and spacious living (e.g., minimal roll at anchor), Endeavour cats emphasize trawler-like economy with multihull stability—ideal for couples or families tackling the Great Loop or Bahamas. Today, it focuses on the TrawlerCat line, but legacy sailing models remain popular in the used market for their shallow drafts and ease.
