Stur-Dee Cat

Stur-Dee Cat

Description

The Stur-Dee Cat is a 15‑foot beach catamaran designed by Nautica Yachts (USA) in the 1960s–1970s. Built in moderate numbers (several hundred), it was an early fiberglass beach cat competing with Hobie Cats. Features lightweight construction, trampoline deck, rotating mast, and simple sloop rig for easy beach launching and racing. Known for durability, speed (planing capability), and family fun, it's popular in vintage catamaran fleets today.
