Starwind 19
Description
The Starwind 19 is a 19‑foot trailerable pocket cruiser designed by Jim Taylor and built by Starwind Yachts (USA) from 1981 to 1985. Approximately 120 boats were produced before production ceased. Known for its sleek, modern lines, lightweight construction, and excellent sailing performance, the Starwind 19 offers a surprisingly spacious interior with a V‑berth, settees, galley area, and portable head. Features include a fin keel, spade rudder, fractional sloop rig, and a design optimized for spirited coastal cruising and weekending. Its combination of speed, trailerability, and comfort made it popular among solo sailors and couples.
