Seidelmann 30-T

Seidelmann 30-T

Description

The Seidelmann 30-T (the “T” stands for Tall Rig) is one of Bob Seidelmann’s most popular mid-size designs — a performance-oriented 30-foot cruiser/racer built by Seidelmann Yachts (New Jersey, USA) in the late 1970s through mid-1980s. It evolved from the original Seidelmann 30, with a taller mast and larger sail area to improve light-air performance. Like other Seidelmanns, it features a masthead sloop rig, fin keel, and spade rudder, emphasizing speed, responsive handling, and reasonably comfortable accommodations. The blend of stability, interior volume, and sprightly performance made it a favorite for weekend racers and coastal cruisers alike.
