Seidelmann 295
Description
The Seidelmann 295 was one of the last and most refined models to come out of Seidelmann Yachts before production ended in the mid-1980s. Designed by Bob Seidelmann, it represented a more modern evolution of his earlier 30-foot series (like the 30 and 30-T), blending the company’s signature performance-oriented hull with improved cruising accommodations and updated styling. Produced in the early to mid-1980s (approximately 1983–1986), the 295 was aimed at sailors who wanted a quick, responsive coastal cruiser that could still be competitive on the racecourse. Around 50–70 boats were built, making it one of the rarer Seidelmanns today. Key features include a masthead sloop rig, a fin keel and spade rudder, a spacious 10′6″ beam, and a well-lit, roomy interior with standing headroom and a functional galley.
