Seaclipper 28
Description
The Seaclipper 28 (also written as SeaClipper 28) is a lightweight, plywood folding trimaran designed primarily by John Marples (often in collaboration with Jim Brown, the multihull pioneer known for Searunner series). Introduced in the early 1980s, it's part of the Seaclipper line (which includes larger models like 34, 38, etc.) and emphasizes simplicity, amateur home construction, trailerability (with folding amas/crossbeams to reduce beam for road transport), and capable coastal/offshore performance in a compact, affordable package.
