Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2
Description
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 34.2 (also sold as the Jeanneau 34.2 in the US market from 1999) is a French family cruising sailboat designed by Jacques Fauroux in collaboration with the Jeanneau team. Introduced in 1998 and produced until around 2002, it was conceived as an entry-level blue water-capable cruiser with a focus on comfort, ease of handling, and value. Approximately 500 units were built, many for the European/Mediterranean charter trade (as Stardust 342/343 variants with customized 2- or 3-cabin layouts).
