Jeanneau 53
Description
The Jeanneau 53 (full name Jeanneau Yachts 53) is a luxurious French cruising sailboat designed by Philippe Briand, positioned at the higher end of Jeanneau's Yachts line as a bridge between production cruisers and full superyachts. Introduced in 2010 and produced until around 2015, it emphasizes elegance, spaciousness, and performance for extended family voyages or charters. Built with a solid fiberglass hull, balsa-cored deck, and premium teak accents, it's rigged as a fractional sloop for effortless short-handed sailing. Approximately 100-150 units were produced, many configured for charter (e.g., 5+1 cabins).
