Endeavour 38
Description
The Endeavour 38 is a versatile, mid-size cruising sloop designed by Dutch naval architect Johan Valentijn and built by Endeavour Yacht Corporation in Largo, Florida, from 1984 to 1990. Available in both aft-cockpit (standard) and center-cockpit (CC) versions, it was conceived as a performance-oriented evolution of Endeavour's earlier cruisers like the 35, blending speed with family-friendly comfort for coastal and light offshore sailing. With around 200–250 units produced, the design emphasizes a lightweight fiberglass hull, spacious interiors, and easy short-handed handling—ideal for couples or families exploring the Bahamas, Great Lakes, or Caribbean.
