Eastport Pram Mk Ii
Description
The Eastport Pram Mk II is a compact, lightweight wooden dinghy designed by John C. Harris and produced by Chesapeake Light Craft (CLC). It's renowned for its classic lapstrake (clinker) appearance, ease of construction, and versatility as a tender for larger boats. The "Mk II" designation refers to the updated version introduced around 2010, featuring pre-drilled stitching holes in the hull panels (via CLC's patented LapStitch™ process) and pre-marked bulkhead positions for faster assembly. Over 800 units have been built, making it one of the most popular small dinghies worldwide.
