Drascombe Dabber
Description
The Drascombe Dabber is a classic, compact trailer-sailor designed by British naval architect John Watkinson in 1970. It's part of the renowned Drascombe family of boats, known for their traditional aesthetics, versatility, and seaworthiness in shallow waters. Originally built by Honnor Marine Ltd. in fiberglass (with some wooden versions), production has continued under Churchouse Boats Ltd. since the early 2000s. Over 400 units have been produced, making it a popular choice for family day sailing, coastal cruising, fishing, or even light exploration. Its name "Dabber" evokes traditional Devon fishing boats, emphasizing simplicity and reliability.
